Refunds are processed immediately once approved. Channels such as GCash, TrueMoney, Touch'N Go, KakaoPay, GrabPay and DANA all have similar timelines, usually arriving within 1–3 business days. The exact time depends on your payment provider. You can track progress anytime under "Order & Refund Status", and we'll also send you an SMS and email receipt once it arrives.
